FAQ

    • Is it more economical to book directly via your website?
      Sure it is! By booking directly via our online payment system we guarantee the best price for the period you have chosen. We can guarantee an even more personal and better service.


    • Do you have parking?
      Yes, you can find an open parking space on the backside of the building. (Free of charge!)


    • Our club wants to rent Den Beer for a weekend, is this possible?
      It is! the ground floor together with its garden can be seen as one area for a maximum of 12 sleeping guests. Guests can cook together in the “orangerie” and enjoy the sauna. Our apartments on the 1th floor are separated from the ground floor, but can accommodate an extra of 8 sleeping guests. Which makes Den Beer a perfect weekend away with your friends, family and club members.

     


    • Do you offer breakfast?
      Breakfast in not included in our standard service. On request we will be happy to work out different personal breakfast options for you adapted to your request.  Do know that all our apartments have their own kitchenette or kitchen with everything to prepare their own breakfast. Several bakery’s and supermarkets are in the nearby area.


       

    • Can I use a washing machine?
      No, but in the nearby area a laundry room is available. We can wash and iron your clothes for an extra fee. Our apartments have their own iron and iron board. Guests of our deluxe flats can use an iron board and iron free of charge on request.


       

    • Can I bring a pet with me?
      Unfortunately pets are not allowed. However assistance dogs are welcomed when you let us know in advance.


       

    • Is there an elevator?
      There is, which can be useful for the apartments on the 1th floor.


       

    • How many people can stay in one room?
      This depends on the flat you book. You can check it here.


       

    • I don’t know my arrival time yet, is this a problem?
      Not at all, after payment via our payment system, guests can check in via our key lockers. All info will be given once you have booked.


       

    • Do we need to clean our room?
      No, a cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay is included. We just ask you to do the dishes. If you stay more than one week cleaning will be done weekly.


       

    • Is there Wifi?
      Of course! All our rooms and other areas have wifi.


       

    • Which payment options do you have?
      You can book via our online secured payment system “Stripe” or you can email us with all details of your desired booking. We will reply with payment instructions and all extra info. (please note that transferring money can only be done until 5 days prior to arrival.)


       

    • Where can I shop for groceries?
      There is a supermarket and bakery within walking distance.


       

    • What to do with the trash?
      You can find wasted bins in every kitchen from your deluxe flat or apartment. If you are staying longer and your waste bin is full, in the backside of the garden you can find larger waste bins where you can drop your waste.


       

    • Can I securely store my bike?
      Sure! We have a bike storage room available on request (free of charge.) Please inform us in advance so we can arrange a key for you.
